Does it matter where I am located?

One of the many benefits of online coaching is that you can be located anywhere in the world and you will receive the exact same process and care that all of our clients experience. From our video check-ins, to assessing your training form, to our weekly LIVE Facebook calls, you can be located anywhere and still receive the full service to get the best results possible

do you train people face-to-face

Unfortunately, I no longer train clients face-to-face. All of the Fast-Track coaching services are completely online so that we can extend our services and help anyone with their goals, no matter what their location and time availability. The downside to face-to-face training is you are only helping that client for 1 hour per week (or perhaps 2 or 3, depending on how many sessions they do), whereas with online coaching, it is so much more than just a training session. Our coaching is designed to provide you with the exact roadmap to take control of your entire week, from your training, nutrition, recovery and lifestyle changes to maximise your results

HOW CAN I APPLY?

At the bottom of our ‘Coaching’ page, you will see an application form to complete. Please allow 48hrs for me to get back to you, as I like to thoroughly go through your application, and create you a personalised video running over your responses, how long I think it will take to reach your goals, and if I think we are a good match for the coaching.

WHAT IF I AM A BEGINNER?

No matter what stage of your journey you are on, we are here to help. Beginners often have the best results as there is so much that can be improved on, and often our clients will say they wish they had started out with a coach sooner! At the start of any new journey, it can be VERY overwhelming, so it is important to take the stress and guesswork out, so you don’t waste time or energy on your path to creating the new you. It is fundamental for overall safety and longevity in your training to establish proper lifting mechanics in the gym, which is why it is so important to learn the RIGHT WAY when you begin

do you offer one-off plans without coaching?

We believe in creating the best possible results and experience for our clients, and to do so we truly believe that it requires a much more comprehensive coaching experience than just creating a one-off training or nutrition plan. These are only small pieces of the overall puzzle. From a private Facebook community group to personally guided exercise videos to ensure you know exactly what you are doing, to your weekly digital check-ins, we are passionate about providing you with ALL the tools to not just achieve incredible results, but sustain them too
