Since working with Ben, I lost 18kg in our 12 weeks! My whole life has been impacted; I stress less, my sleep is significantly better, my posture has improved, my aches and pains are gone, and as a bonus, I look and feel fantastic and have become more confident in my own skin than I have ever been before! The impact Ben has had will continue into my future and benefit not only me, but my family too. I wish I had found Ben sooner and made the positive change earlier.
